For you, this means that many functions can run across programs.
Invoices, for example, are written in the preliminary program, prepared for WinFibu and then imported and posted after being checked by the accounting department – it’s that simple in the integrated ServiceERP system. And as different as the functions such as merchandise management, advance VAT returns or e-banking may be, you only have a single addressee for all applications.
Convenient bookings
Bank statements are imported from your bank using a CAMT53 file, pre-assigned with one click and posted after you have checked them.
Outgoing invoices and credit notes or the posting document from the payroll program are imported and posted via the interfaces of the preliminary program.
The same applies to the L3 and zvoove cashbooks and Quadriga asset accounting.
Advance sales tax return
You can report it directly to ELSTER and receive a transmission protocol immediately.
E-Banking
SEPA files for credit transfers and direct debits can be generated via the payment proposal.
You also receive a quick overview and an archive of the SEPA mandates stored for individual customers and suppliers.
Evaluations
BWA, BAB and balance lists are generated at the click of a mouse and are available in various file formats both as monthly and annual evaluations.

Turnover and cost center accounts can be documented and evaluated with separate planned values, providing you with a reliable and clear controlling tool.
OP management and integrated dunning process

All reminders are archived and can be canceled if necessary, either completely or for individual invoices.
