With a management buy-out, the company founders laid the foundations for the new future of the tried-and-tested software, formed a well-coordinated team of experienced L3 experts and dared to make a fresh start at the beginning of 2022.
Today, ServiceERP combines both the experience of 25 years of software development for the SME agricultural sector and the dynamic freshness that comes from a newly founded company.

Martin Helmig
TECHNICAL MANAGING DIRECTOR
Martin Helmig has been involved with the L3 software since he joined the former LANDWEHR company in 2008.
As Technical Managing Director, he is primarily responsible for ensuring that our company’s products and services continue to develop at a high technical level and reflect the state of the art.
His professional career includes positions as a master navigation mechanic in the German Air Force, a state-certified master electrician in the industry and a certified electrician.
He has also worked as a network administrator and IT specialist in software development.
Martin Helmig is married and the father of five grown-up children.
ANDREAS KURK
COMMERCIAL MANAGING DIRECTOR
Since 2001, “L3” has been the focus of Andreas Kurk’s career.
Recruited personally by Mr. Landwehr for sales, his professional focus developed from project management to internal controlling at LANDWEHR.
As Commercial Managing Director of ServiceERP, he is responsible for sales as well as finance and administration.
After training as an industrial clerk, Andreas Kurk studied economics and also completed a commercial business management course at the Burg Warberg Academy.
Andreas Kurk is married.
